the location is really convenient near gare de lyon making early morning departures stress-free. the family room was a good size and it was nice to have a buffet breakfast available. the staff were also helpful offering good service.
the room could have benefited from better sound insulation as street noise was noticeable at times.

The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room EVERY day. The included breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fruits.
The room felt quite small, especially with luggage. The street noise at night was noticeable, it disturbed my sleep.

the room lacked a refrigerator , which would have been useful for storing drinks.
